Multimode Optical Fiber Displacement Sensor
摘要
The structure of an intensity modulation optical fiber sensor is introduced.The principle of the sensor which can detect minor displacement by use of minor curve in dark ground is described.Complex experiment shows that the multimode optical fiber not only has the abilitly of detecting the displacement of less than 0.1 nm,but also exhibits characteristics of wide dynamic range and good linearity.
