On the Kervaire classes of tangential normal maps of Lens spaces
摘要
We study the Kervaire classes of tangential normal maps for the lens space when the order of the fundamental group is a multiple of four. We obtain the vanishing of the Kervaire classes upto certain dimension. The method used here is the relation of the secondary cohomology operation corresponding to the element ＄h_{0}^{2}h_{2}(=h_{1}^{3})＄ in the cohomology of the mod 2 Steenrod algebra.
