Effect of Y2O3, La2O3, Sm2O3 on Behaviors of Alumina Ceramics
摘要
Effect of three kinds of rare earth oxide on the sintering and mechanical properties of alumina ceramics was investigated. The results show that rare earth oxide improves the sintering mechanical properties of the alumina ceramics. The relative densities of alumina ceramics sintered at 1600 or 1620℃ for 2h reach over 98.9%，
