Effects of Rare Earth Element on Proliferation of Human Hepatoma Cell SMMC-7721

摘要

The effects of 14 lanthanide ions (La, Ce,Pr, Nd, Sin, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tin, Yb and Lu ) on proliferation of human hepatoma cell SMMC-7721 were researched with MTT assay. The results show that the influences of 14 rare earth ions on the proliferation of hepatoma cells could be divided into three kinds of modes. Among them, La^3+, Ce^3+ and Eu^3+ ions stimulate the hepatoma cell propagating in a certain concentration degree, which is correlated to the concentration of these rare earth ions. Sm^3+,
