摘要

Mongolia is a land-locked country located in Northeast Asia bordering Russia and China. The total territory of the country is 1.564 million square kilometers making approximately 1 square kilometers per 1.6 persons.The average altitude is 1,580 meters above sea level, and it is on average 1,000 kilometers distance from the nearest access to a sea. For that reason, Mongolia has a continental climate with four distinct seasons. Summer is usually warm, dry and sunny. Rainfall occurs in July and August. In winter, it is extremely cold with blizzards and in spring it is windy.
