AIM: To study the effect of Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides (G/-PS) on proliferation, cytotoxicity and phenotype in cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells as well as anti-tumor activity of CIK cells induced by GI-PS and cytokines on mice bearing tumor in vivo.
