DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS FOR A NEW GENERATION OF LNG CARRIERS
摘要
A new generation of LNG carriers for the Australian NWS Project have been delivered. The main characteristics of the 125,000 m3 carriers are: - a 4-spherical cargo tank system - a boil-off gas total control system with the combination of a reduced boil-off rate and an LNG vaporising system. - an on-board LAN (Local Area Network) installation, which will handle navigation, communication, machinery and cargo.
