Together with the constants 1 and 0, this function can generate all elementary functions through finite nesting, including arithmetic operations, exponentials, logarithms, trigonometric functions, and constants such as e and π. Compared with recently proposed generators based on the natural constant e (e.g., e^x - ln y), the CL function possesses three fundamental advantages: (1) its foundational constant φ is an inevitable attractor of self-referential recursion, requiring no external presupposition; (2) the constant 1 emerges spontaneously from the function itself (CL(1,1)=1); (3) in the discrete domain, φ^n is an eigenfunction of the difference operator, endowing the CL function with native efficiency in generating integers, Fibonacci sequences, and handling prime distributions. Furthermore, this paper reveals that the CL function is a direct projection of the WWCL meta-theory (Wen-Wu Competition Logic) onto function space, with its mathematical form φ^x - φ^{-y} precisely corresponding to the competitive equilibrium between Wen (decay, structure) and Wu (growth, change).
