摘要

In order to explore the effects of 2, 4-di-<i>tert</i>-butylphenol (2,4-DTBP), the most abundant allelochemicals in <i>Casuarina equisetifolia</i> forest, on the growth and development of <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i>, we determined the content of chlorophyll, proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) at different mole concentrations (0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.10, 0.50 and 1.00 mmol∙L-1) of 2,4-DTBP. The results showed that the appropriate concentration of 2,4-DTBP (0-0.10 mmol∙L-1) increased the chlorophyll content of <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i> and decreased the proline and MDA content, while the concentration of 2, 4-DTBP(&gt;0.50 mmol∙L-1) decreased the chlorophyll content and increased the proline and MDA content. When the concentration of 2,4-DTBP was higher than 0.50 mmol∙L-1, it had an allelopathic inhibitory effect on <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i>, which was not conducive to the growth of <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i>. In this study, the allelopathic effect of 2,4-DTBP on bryophytes was discussed by taking <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i> as an example, which provided a reference for exploring whether the <i>Haplocladium microphyllum</i> can adapt to the ecological environment of <i>Casuarina equisetifolia</i> forest land.
