摘要

Based on the current best available evidence from RCT,for resectable pancreatic cancer, neoadjuvant therapy improves the R0 resection rate and pN0 rate without increasing postoperative complications or mortality compared to the traditional approach of upfront surgery. However,these findings warrant further validation by more high-quality RCT.
