微织构对钢制导轨表面摩擦性能的影响

摘要

利用激光加工技术在钢制导轨副上制备了4种不同的微织构,并通过优化加工功率、扫描速度等激光参数获取了质量良好的微织构。在油润滑的条件下,利用自制导轨摩擦试验机进行直线往复式摩擦实验。通过仿真软件分析微织构对导轨副接触面的接触应力的影响,结合微织构存储和供应润滑油的能力和产生额外的流体动压效应的能力等作用机理来分析实验结果,探究不同的微织构对导轨副摩擦性能的影响。研究表明:当扫描速度为150 mm/s、加工功率分别为8 W和5 W时,可以获得质量良好的沟槽和圆孔;所有的微织构都可以改善导轨副接触面的接触应力;在磨合阶段,微织构并不能减小导轨副的摩擦系数,而在稳定磨损阶段,所有的微织构都有一定的减摩能力,其中圆孔微织构减小了14.6%,与导轨运动方向平行的直线型微织构减小了2.4%,网格型微织构和与导轨运动方向垂直的直线型微织构分别减小了7.9%和5.5%。这是由不同的微织构其存储和供应润滑油的能力、产生额外流体动压效应的能力和改善接触面接触应力的能力不同所引起的。 <br/>In this paper, four different micro-textures are prepared on the steel guide rail by laser processing technology, and the laser power is optimized by processing power, scanning speed. The parameters obtained a good quality micro texture. Under the condition of oil lubrication, the linear reciprocating friction test was carried out by using the self-made guide rail friction tester. The simulation software is used to analyze the influence of micro-texture on the contact stress of the contact surface of the guide rail, then combine the two mechanisms of micro-texture storage and supply of lubricating oil and the ability of micro-<br/>texture to generate additional hydrodynamic effect, and to explore the effects of different micro-textures on the friction properties of the guide rails. The research shows that when the scanning speed is 150mm/s, and the processing power is 8W and 5W, good quality micro-grooves and micro-dimples can be obtained respectively. All of the micro - textures can improve the contact stress of the auxiliary contact surface of the guide rail. In the running-in phase, the micro-texture does not reduce the friction coefficient of the guide rail pair. In the stable wear phase, all micro-textures have a certain friction-reducing ability, and the anti-friction ability of the dimple-type micro-texture is 14.6%, while the linear micro-texture parallel to the direction of the guide rail is 2.4%, and the linear micro-texture perpendicular to the direction of the guide rail is between 5.5% and grid type micro texture is 8.5
