[Application of digital health technology in remote rehabilitation and long-term management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients].

With the rapid development of digital technology, Digital Health Technology (DHT) has shown great potential in pulmonary rehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients. This article reviews the application of DHT in remote rehabilitation and long-term management of COPD patients, summarizes the application effect, challenges and future development direction of DHT in remote rehabilitation and long-term management of COPD patients. The results show that DHT can improve the accessibility of rehabilitation, enhance the sustainability of long-term management, optimize the effects of rehabilitation and long-term management, and reduce the burden of medical costs, but it still needs to solve the problems of technology iteration, digital divide, data security and privacy protection, and shortage of professional talents. In the future, DHT is expected to become an important tool for COPD management.
