These plants possess low levels of heavy metals in their tissues and exhibit limited capacity for translocation of heavy metals, making them suitable for cultivation in proximity to mining areas or agricultural lands to mitigate the adverse effects of heavy metals on human health through the food chain. Hence, these seven plants can be applied to vegetation reclamation in lead-zinc mining areas in karst regions according to their accumulation and translocation characteristics.
