房地产信托投资基金风险评价探究

Real estate trust investment funds can not only effectively broaden financing channels, but also break the traditional financing pattern, but as a financial tool, they inevitably contain certain risks. Therefore, it is necessary not only to strengthen the risk evaluation of real estate trust investment funds, but also to learn to avoid related risks, so as to reduce operational risks and promote the healthy development of the real estate industry and the financial industry.
