高校朋辈心理互助体系的理论与实践探索 ——以长江大学为例
摘要
There are certain similarities and correlations between peer psychological mutual aid system and peer psychological counseling, but there are great differences between the two terms in subject, object, content and goal of work. The peer psychological mutual aid system is based on humanistic psychology and social learning theory, and can be widely carried out in high school through the form of peer individual counseling, peer group counseling, psychological crisis intervention and so on. In the process of development and improvement, the system needs to pay more attention to ethics, strengthen relevant empirical research, and clarify work standards and norms.
