异质性农业合作社不规范问题形成原因与治理研究——基于中国甘孜州某县的现实观察

Over the years, the positive effect of the growth of China's agricultural cooperatives on the development of the rural economy is undoubted, but many problems have been exposed in practice, such as shell cooperatives and other non-standard issues. Taking 355 cooperatives in a county of Garze Prefecture as an example, this paper studies the types and causes of non-standard phenomena in the development of heterogeneous cooperatives, and then proposes to construct a cooperative governance mechanism based on principalagent relationship; promote the new "Cooperative Law", enhance members' awareness of the legal system and other governance suggestions, and send this hope to promote the healthy and high-quality development of agricultural cooperatives.
