摘要

With the development of society and fierce market competition, although the traditional pyramid management model is relatively mature and perfect, there are many problems such as low efficiency and high management costs. This paper expounds the motivation of F company's organizational mode innovation and the specific measures of implementing flat management, and finally achieves satisfactory results, reflecting the specific advantages of flat management in modern company management.
