医院工程建设项目EPC建设模式探索应用
摘要
Modern hospital design carries out the principle of "People-oriented and Patient-Friendly", compared with the traditional hospital construction mode the introduction of EPC mode further strengthens the medical quality and service quality. EPC the construction mode, the units with different contract relations in the design, bidding and construction of the project are transformed into a responsible subject, so that the design, procurement, construction closely, reflecting the advantages of many aspects.
