New peroxo-polymQlybdic acids(Mo-HPA)were synthesized by the rea()tion Qf metallic molybdenum pQwder and a.queous hydrQgen peroxide.Several types of MQ-HPA s with different compositions and crystal prQperties were obtained by changing the amount of starト ing materials and the reaction time.Empirical formula of Mo-HPA was MoO3・xH202・ 1.7H20,where amorphQus phase was found at the peroxo ion concentration(x)1ess than O.37.The homogeneous thin film was fabricated by spin-coating the aqueQus solution Qf amorphous Mo-HPA,whereas crystalline MO-HPA was insoluble in water.Thermal stability and the po!yaion structure Qf Mo-HPA were investigted by therma1(TG,DTA,TPD)and spectroscopic(FTIR,Raman)analyses.AmQrphous Mo-HPA was less stable than amorphous perQxo-polytungstic acids(W-HPA)which was also spin-coatable,Severa!MoO60ctahedra seemed to form Mo-HPA polyanion,linking with edge-or corner-sharing. 1緒言 金属タングステン粉末を過酸化水素水に溶解すること により,非晶質の過酸化ポリタングステン酸(W-HPA) が合成される1-3).W-HPAは水溶性であり,スピン塗
