Since ancient China, agricultural production has played a very important role in the entire economic development and construction. At this stage, the agricultural economy is still a basic content of China's national economic development. However, the unbalanced distribution of water resources in China has caused some problems in the development of agricultural economy. The emergence of these problems has highlighted the important role of farmland water conservancy projects.
