With the continuous development of China's social economy and technology, especially the "Internet+" strategy, in order to enable small and medium-sized enterprises to develop continuously and effectively, small and medium-sized enterprises must be required to make continuous changes in the knowledge of science and technology, and the management mode of small and medium enterprises needs continuous innovation with the Times. Under the background of "Internet+", the paper briefly expounds the significance of innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the problems existing in the management mode under the background of "Internet+", and puts forward corresponding innovation strategies, hoping to promote the sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
