马尾松毛虫性外激素的触角电位(EAG)活性组分的分离、鉴定与合成
摘要
For the removal of high boiling lipid contaminants and the enrichment of target components, crude extracts of the sex pheromone of female pine-caterpillar moth, Dendrolimus punctatus Walker, were first subjected to nitrogen sweep co-distillation. Furhter isolation were then, done through both OV-101 and CHDMS GC-eolumns, and 3 GC peaks from the preliminarily purified condensates of the co-distillation were found to be EAG active. GC-MS analyses indicated that 2 of the active peaks possessed the structures of dodecadienyl alcohol and its acetate separately. The positions and configurations of their double unsaturations were determined by ozonolysis and electroantennogram techniques. From the obtained analytical data, it is suggested that the structures of the 2 EAG active peaks might be Z5, E7-dodecadien-1-ol and its corresponding acetate. Four geometric isomers of each of these compounds were synthesized and purified by highpressure liquid chromatography. Field tests of their efficacy as male attractants are nowunder way.
