摘要
Under the background of the new era, the dynamic and flexible characteristics of market demand are gradually emerging, which put forward higher requirements for enterprise management. In this paper, the method of man-hour quota management in enterprises is analyzed from man-hour quota management in enterprises, this paper analyzes the application methods of man-hour quota management from three aspects of enterprise management, improving enterprise production capacity and enterprise production design.
