利血平患者术中出现严重低血压二例
摘要
Hypertension is currently one of the most common diseases in China, and the medications for hypertensive patients are various and varied. Reserpine is a kind of "red pill" because of its low price and stable effect. It is the most commonly used antihypertensive drug at county and city level, especially for township residents. With the continuous understanding of reserpine, it is considered that the withdrawal of reserpine for 5~7 days before operation has no effect on intraoperative hemodynamics. However, with the increasing number of patients with this kind of operation, two cases of severe hypotension complications occurred in reserpine patients during general anesthesia.
