胆色素型胆结石中的结构表征
摘要
More than 90% by weight of the bilirubin gallstone ean be dissolved by EDTA chelation followed by solvent extraction. Infrared spectroscopy, emission and atomic absorption spectroscopy, and gel electrophoresis showed that the so-called insoluble components of the stone consist of protein, glycoprotein, polysaccharide and polymer bilirubin. This suggests that the formation of polymers of the chelation type is the main cause of the insolubility of gallstones.
