摘要
Some of the high ionic conductivity solids studied in our laboratory are poor in stability at high temperature. Thin films of these solid electrolytes can nQt be easily prepared by the conventional vacuum-deposition technique. In order to avoid this heat instability,an electrolytic prepara・ tion method of thin五lms was investigated。 Three kinds of electrolytic solution were used. They were(A)an aqueous solution of potas・ sium iodide containing iodineラ(B)an aqueous solution of hydrogen iodi・de,and(C)an organic solution containing iodine. The anode was made of rolled silver plate, The prepared thin丘1ms were examined by means of a microscope and an X-ray d近ract{)meter、
