In the era of digital economy, the anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies need to strictly implement the national laws and regulations, make many operators actively comply with the national regulations by establishing the practice demonstration guidance promotion mechanism, and make full use of the compliance self-certification report guarantee mechanism to promote the orderly rectification work of Chinese operators. In the era of digital economy, data flow has become the core element of market competition, which makes the law enforcement process of anti-monopoly agencies face difficulties. In view of the characteristics of the digital economy era, the antimonopoly law enforcement agencies need to strengthen the comprehensive supervision system, realize the unification of law enforcement path and law enforcement standards, continuously improve the efficiency of law enforcement, and ensure the rationality of the market.
