互联网金融发展与监管研究
摘要
With the development of the information age, information technology is closely integrated with the financial industry. The characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, and wide coverage under the Internet finance model have led to the rapid development of Internet finance. However, there are still many shortcomings in the development of the Internet financial industry, such as the lack of complete laws and regulations and supervision over the development of the Internet financial industry. Therefore, the paper refers to some literatures on the development and regulation of Internet finance, summarizes the experience of the development and regulation of the Internet finance industry, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of the Internet industry.
