摘要

The newly promulgated Civil Code of China introduces the rule of purchase price security right, only when we understand this new rule accurately, can we apply the rule correctly in practice, give full play to the legislative purpose of the rule effectively, and prevent the relevant risks. Based on the understanding of the rules, this paper studies the possible risks and puts forward the Countermeasures of financial institutions, hoping to be beneficial to the risk prevention and control of financial institutions.
