基于对EPC项目费用控制管理中应注意的重点研究

With the continuous development of China's economy, market competition has become more intense, and the requirements for project management have become stricter. In this context, the EPC project management model is bound to become the mainstream of development. However, at this stage, China's research on EPC project management is still in the exploratory stage, the current achievements in this area are still insufficient, the corresponding systems are not yet perfect, and there are still certain problems. The paper analyzes the key points that should be paid attention to in the EPC project cost management to ensure that the construction cost does not exceed the budget in this mode, and to ensure the quality and safety of the project construction can play a helpful role.
