Since the reform and opening up, China's economic and social development has achieved world-renowned achievements, and the new development concept has brought many changes in economic and social development. This requires that the institutions of higher learning that carry talent training must undergo transformation and upgrading in accordance with the development requirements of the times, so the training of talents has become an important task. The mode of integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities provides new ideas and infinite possibilities for the reform and development of higher education. Based on the in-depth analysis of the difficulties of college counselors in cultivating application-oriented talents under the background of the integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, the paper expounds the practical path of the role of counselors and the realization of value in the integration and development of colleges and enterprises.
