融媒体背景下高校大学生新闻宣传队伍的建设研究

News propaganda is an important part of the ideological and political work of the state and the Party. Therefore, under the new situation, how to build a news propaganda team is a problem that news propaganda leaders should think about, and building a high anti-quality and strong ability news propaganda team is an important part of university and college students' news propaganda ideological work. Taking the propaganda work of Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai as a practical case, this paper briefly discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the current news propaganda team, and probes into the news propaganda work of university and college students under the situation of media integration, and puts forward some suggestions.
