高等职业院校酒店管理专业英文教学的困境与对策研究
摘要
With the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the development of hotel industry in China is very rapid, and the requirements for related talents are becoming higher and higher. At present, most of the higher vocational colleges in China have set up hotel management major, but from its actual teaching situation, the students they train show poor professional English application ability in practical work. This paper mainly analyzes the dilemma of English teaching in hotel management major in higher vocational colleges and puts forward reasonable countermeasures.
