摘要

分析人工肝（ALSS）治疗中出现肝素介导性血小板减少症后使用阿加曲班抗凝的疗效及安全性。本文收集1例ALSS治疗的肝衰竭患者，肝素抗凝治疗后出现肝素诱导的血小板减少症，换用阿加曲班抗凝治疗，收集患者的肝功能、凝血功能、血细胞分析等检测指标，对小剂量阿加曲班在ALSS治疗过程中抗凝的有效性及安全性进行分析。.
