Collection of Microalgae in Yamanashi University
摘要
About five hundred strains each of blue-green algae as uni-algal cultures and eucaryotic unicellular algae together with photosynthetic bacteria isolated from Japan, tropic or subtropic regions of Asia, north, central and south America, are kept in the Laboratory of Environmental Microbiology, Department of Environmental Engineering, Yamanashi University. Methods of isolation, maintenance, and profile of cultures are presented.
