摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of abdomial breathing combined with resistance breathing training on lung function and quality of life in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.MethodsFrom April 2016 to March 2017,58 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the respiratory department of our hospital were selected as a control group, and labial and abdominal breathing was performed. From April 2017 to March 2018,58 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in a stable period admitted to our hospital were enrolled as a research group, and underwent abdominal respiration, supplemented by a resistance breathing training.Pulmonary function,PaCO2,PaO2,quality of life were measured before intervention and at two weeks after intervention in both groups.ResultsAfter intervention, the lung function and the PaO2 of the research group were higher than those in the control group. The PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life scores of all dimensions were higher those in the control group. The differences swere statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe abdominal respiratory combined resistance breathing training could be used to improve the quality of life and lung function in elderly patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
