新建本科院校金融类复合型人才培养的探索——以构建《证券承销与发行（IPO）》实训体系为例
摘要
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of the capital market, cultivating compound talents is a new requirement for finance majors in newly-built undergraduate universities. The Securities Underwriting and Issuance (IPO) training system integrates the application of multi-disciplinary and cross-professional knowledge in securities, finance, law, corporate management, etc. By analyzing the method of constructing the system and the existing problems, this paper explores and thinks about the training of financial compound talents in newly-built undergraduate universities.
