摘要

G-protein-coupled 受体家族 ases (GRK ) 与 G-protein-coupled 受体(GPCR ) 的 agonist-activatedform 交往影响受体 phosphorylation 并且开始受体发信号，或不敏感性的深刻缺陷。GPCR 形成房间表面受体的最大的家庭，并且在 GRK 功能背叛处于许多病理学的状况有潜在的后果到刺激 affectGPCR 的生物回答。
