Effect of Spray Parameters on the Splashing of Plasma-sprayed Cast Iron Particles

摘要

在打起浪花上理解水花参数的效果，生铁粒子是喷洒血浆的到铝底层的擦亮的表面上形成单个椅背中间纵立的长条木板。各种各样的血浆弧力量和水花距离被使用调整用扫描电子显微镜(FESEM ) 的领域排出物被学习的椅背中间纵立的长条木板的形态学。试验性的结果证明侵犯微滴打起浪花显著地为与高弧力量(30 kW ) 和短水花距离(80 公里) 扔的椅背中间纵立的长条木板被制止。这发现将对改进涂层的粘合剂力量有益。
