Overexpression of VCC-1 gene in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells promotes cell proliferation and invasion

摘要

脉管的 endothelial 生长相关因素的 chemokine 1 (VCC-1 ) ，新奇 chemokine，被假设与 carcinogenesis 被联系。VCC-1 在 hepatocellular 被表示癌(HCC ) 房间，而是它未知的功能遗体。在 HCC 房间上调查 VCC-1 的分子的效果， HCC 房间线 SMMC7721 是稳定地有 recombinant plasmid pcDNA3.1/VCC-1 的 transfected。我们的数据证明在 SMMC7721 房间的 VCC-1 的 overexpression 显著地提高了细胞的增长，侵略能力，和肿瘤生长，当时与两个空向量控制房间和父母房间相比。这些结果强烈建议 VCC-1 在 SMMC7721 侵略和肿瘤生长起一个重要作用，并且显示 VCC-1 可以为 anti-HCC 治疗用作潜在的 biomarker。
