A new anthraquinone glycoside from seeds of Cassia obtusifolia

摘要

新 anthraquinone glycoside 1，与已知的 anthraquinone glycoside aurantio-obtusin-6-O- 尾 - d-glucopyranoside 一起 2，从肉桂 obtusifolia 的种子被孤立。根据光谱、化学证据， 1 的结构作为 1-demethylaurantio-obtusin-2-O- 尾 - d-glucopyranoside 被建立。而且， 2 的 13C NMR 基于二维的 NMR 第一次完全并且正确地被分配。
