Synthesis of pillar[7]arene
摘要
支柱的第一合成[7 ] arene 与二个方法被报导。方法 A：有在 CHCl3 的 paraformaldehyde 的 1,4-dimethoxybenzene (1 ) 的催化 FeCl3 的冷凝作用反应给了 dimethoxypillar [7 ] arene (3 ) 。方法 B：p-toluenesulfonic 酸催化在 CH2Cl2 的 -1,4-dimethoxybenzene (2 ) 给了化合物 3 的 2,5 二度(benzyloxymethyl ) 的冷凝作用反应。有 BBr3 的 3 的 Demethylation 给了支柱[7 ] arene (4 ) 。支柱[7 ] arene 可能是在 hostguest 化学的一位观点 macrocyclic 主人。
