Effect of chemical modification on the properties of wood/polypropylene composites
摘要
基于铝酸盐的联合代理人作为 compatibilizer 被增加做木头粉末的化学修正。woodpowder/polypropylene composites 的机械性能和形态学被学习。结果证明 compatibilizer 能增加木头 / 聚丙烯 composites 的影响力量，但是它在张力、曲折的力量上有稍微否定的效果。为动态机械性能和 DifferentialScanning 热量测定，基于铝酸盐的联合代理人能稍微增加存储模量和损失模量，并且减少 melt 点和卡融化。扫描电子显微镜学证明那个基于铝酸盐的联合代理人有与木头和聚丙烯表面的一种更强壮的亲密关系。这些结果建议那个基于铝酸盐的联合代理人可以在改进木头粉末 / 聚丙烯 composites 性质起一个有用作用。
