Anti-proliferative effect of the extract of Guangzao （Fructus Choero-spondiatis） on cultured rat cardiac fibroblasts
摘要
OBJECTIVE： To ascertain if total flavonoids ofGuangzao （Fructus Choerospondiatis） （TFFC） extract-ed from Guangzao （Fructus Choerospondiotis） caninhibit angiotensin ll-induced proliferation of car-diac fibroblasts （CFs）.METHODS： CFs were cultured by the differential at-tachment method. A model of cell proliferation wasestablished by stimulation with Ang 11. Cardiac fi-broblasts growth was determined using a hemocy-tometer. Cell proliferation was detected by methylthiazoie tetrazolium. Lactate dehydrogenase activi-tywas measured by chemical colorimetric method.
