摘要

单个水晶的 CdTe nanowires 用催化 Au 的化学蒸汽免职被综合了。X 光检查衍射揭示 nonnegligible 的存在在沿着 111 生长方向的 nanowires 的不同类的压缩紧张。电子结构上的紧张的效果被包含浅施主 / 领受人状态的转移蓝色、拓宽的光致发光系列表明。如此的剩余紧张为各种各样的半导体 nanomaterials 以及为设备设计和应用的光、电的行为的更好的理解是很重要的。
