基于水-能源-粮食纽带关系的农业资源投入产出效率研究

Taking 31 provinces of China as the research target, an evaluation index system with agricultural water consumption, agricultural energy consumption, energy consumption of irrigation and drainage, and water consumption of energy production as the input variables and total production of the main agricultural products and gross domestic product of the first industry as the output variables was established based on the water-energy-food nexus in agricultural production. Data envelopment analysis(DEA)was used to calculate the input-output efficiency of agricultural resources in China from 2010 to 2017, and its temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed. The results showed that 19 provinces in China had not yet reached the DEA effective state, and the input-output efficiency of agricultural resources in most regions had large room for growth. The comprehensive efficiency of 20 regions was mainly affected by the pure technical efficiency, while the pure technical efficiency of Ningxia, Gansu, and Xinjiang was clearly backward and the resource utilization efficiency and management level need to be improved.
