Inversion Appendectomy
摘要
This paper reported 24 cases of inversion appendectomy.Discussion was made on the inversion appendectomy about its method andindication,on the use of antibiotics,and on colonoscopic follow-up.Inversion appendectomy transfers a contaminative operation to a relatively aspectic operation,which diminishes contamination and the need of antibiotics.The inverted appendix disappeared in all cases at colonoscopic follow-up.There was no infection of wound and the postoperative course was uneventful.
