摘要

Objectives To compare the efficacy and safety of pirarubicin and hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) combined with intravesical instillation therapy in the treatment of patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods A total of 120 cases of bladder cancer in our hospital from February 2010 to October 2014 were selected as the subjects in this study. All patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group. After the operation, the patients in the experimental group were given chemotherapy with hydroxycamptothecin, and patients in the control group were treated with pirarubicin. VEGF levels, treatment complications, and long-term recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results After surgery and medication after 1 week, there was no statistical significant difference in the VEGF level between the two groups, The level of VEGF of the experimental group was less than the control group, and the incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction of the experimental group was higher than that of control group for 8 weeks and 6 months after treatment(P 0.05) The long-term recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Pirarubicin and hydroxycamptothecin for non muscle invasive bladder cancer are better. The side-effects of pirarubicin are mostly light and better long-term efficacy. So we should choose the proper chemotherapy drugs in accordance with patients' individual situation. Key words: Key words Urinary Bladder Neoplasms; Camptothecin
