Studies on the ways of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats

摘要

Orthotopic liver transplantation were conducted in 80 rats bycuffand modifiedsuturemethods.The time of vascular anastomosis for suprahepatic vena eava was 8.6±1.5 rainbycuff,10.0±2.6 min by modifiedsuturemethods.The operative successful rate and one-week survival rate forcaffwere 90%and 10%,for modifiedsuture93.3%and 83.3%,re-spectively.The findings suggested that the survival rate of the rats usingcuffmethod was lowwith no practical value.wihile the modifiedsuturemethod not only simplified the operation,butalso shorten the time for operation.
