Wide caliber gas-chromatography to detect the content of T-2 toxin in grain

摘要

目的测定谷物中T-2毒素含量.方法用GC-9A宽口径毛细管柱测定面粉中T-2毒素的含量.结果该方法的回收率200ng为86.31%±1.40%,500ng为89.22%±2.04%.结论方法操作简单,回收率高,最低检出量为30ng,线性范围50～2000ng.
